1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Magna247 ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Magna247 provides CRM, telephony, lead generation, and related sales productivity tools on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspace admins are responsible for their members' compliance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Calling and messaging usage is billed separately based on consumption.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No spam, unsolicited messaging, or violations of TCPA / CAN-SPAM / GDPR / similar laws.
  • No illegal, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for content uploaded to your workspace and for obtaining all necessary consents from contacts you import or call.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service. You can export your data at any time from your workspace settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., telephony, email, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
